Managed Services Sales Representative

Ahead Consulting is seeking talented individuals to join our dynamic environment for the position of Managed Services/IT Solutions Sale Representative. 
 
Supported by our large and rapidly expanding team of IT Consultants, our Sales Representative will analyze client IT needs, present and sell customized IT managed services solutions, and maintain ongoing client relationships to ensure the best possible customer service. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to sell the most competitivelypriced services and back them up with a broad range of internal expertise. 
 
Responsibilities
• Responsible for selling Managed Services/IT Solutions, by working closely with target company’s key persons and presenting available offers from Ahead Group.
• Engage directly with the customer to position and sell the IT solution including scoping, pricing and contract negotiations.
• Grow and maintain the existing Managed Service accounts through identification and positioning of appropriate expansion offers.
• Closing and transitioning the opportunity through the sales life-cycle
• Maintaining an accurate funnel and outlook process
• Input into offer management for program content development  
Qualifications
• High energy, Self-directed, Adaptable and Positive.
• Must have a competitive drive and be process driven.
• Bachelors degree (or equivalent experience)  
• Able to demonstrate knowledge of IT Managed Services with understanding of competitive offerings, product portfolio and industry trends.
• Specific experience selling outsourced solutions to commercial customers is preferred but not required.
• Competent with operational requirements such as prospecting, forecasting and business planning.
• Highly professional approach with excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Business English and Business Japanese ability
