• 複数のプロジェクト、ステークホルダー、条件、リスクを同時に管理できる優れたプロジェクト管理能力。指定されたシステムの年間スケジュールを確実に完遂できる方。

望ましいスキル：

• テクノロジー分野での1年以上の経験。
• 大規模プロジェクトでのプロジェクト管理オフィス（PMO）経験があれば尚良し。
• J-SOXのコンプライアンスおよび監査基準への理解。

Ahead Group is seeking a talented Project Manager in IT Risk for one of our Global E-Commerce clients. As a Project Manager in IT Risk, you will join a team dedicated to enhancing productivity across the development departments supporting high-profile services. Your role involves coordinating with development teams and internal audit to streamline project management, audit documentation, and collaboration efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a liaison between the development department and internal audit teams, facilitating effective communication and coordination.
• Oversee risk and evidence management, ensuring compliance with company and legal standards.
• Monitor system operational status, maintaining high levels of documentation and audit trail integrity.

Required Skills:

• Native-level Japanese language proficiency, essential for adhering to Japanese legal requirements and interpreting practical guidelines.
• Strong project management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, conditions, and risks simultaneously. Must be able to meet annual timelines for assigned systems.

Preferred Skills:

• Over one year of experience in a tech organization.
• Experience in Project Management Office (PMO) roles on large-scale projects is advantageous.
• Familiarity with J-SOX compliance and audit standards.
• Goal-oriented, with strong teamwork abilities.
• Competency in multi-tasking, with effective communication skills bridging development and audit teams.
