Ahead Group is hiring a Talent Acquisition professional to support hiring across software engineering, project management, and business analysis roles within our enterprise IT business in Japan. This is a hands-on role focused on sourcing, screening, and progressing candidates for live openings under the guidance of the Talent Acquisition Lead.

What You Will Do

• Source and engage qualified candidates for software, PM, and BA roles
• Conduct screening conversations and assess candidate fit
• Build and manage candidate pipelines for active and upcoming openings
• Prepare clear, complete candidate submissions including fit, gaps, compensation, availability, and recommendation
• Maintain accurate candidate records, notes, and follow-up in the system of record
• Communicate with candidates consistently throughout the process
• Work with the Talent Acquisition Lead to improve sourcing quality and role understanding over time

Hiring Focus

• Enterprise and server-side software engineering
• Technical project management in IT delivery environments
• Business analysis in infrastructure and systems contexts

What We Are Looking For

• 1 to 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
• Interest in technical hiring and willingness to learn role-specific depth
• Strong follow-through and reliable candidate communication
• Comfortable working in a small, quality-focused team
• Open to coaching and development under a strong lead
