Skills we often seek:

• Relevant experience in IT project delivery, systems engineering, data management, or infrastructure operations
• Strong communication skills in English (Japanese ability an advantage)
• Proven ability to work within cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities
• Technical or functional expertise in one or more of the following:
 – Project Management (PMO, IT Projects, Transformation)
 – IT Infrastructure (Network, Server, Cloud, Security)
 – Software Development / Engineering
 – Data Analytics / Business Intelligence
 – IT Service Management or Operations
• Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, AWS, Azure, Cisco, Microsoft, or related)
• Experience working with multinational clients or within enterprise environments
• Familiarity with regulated industries such as Finance, Insurance, or Pharmaceutical Manufacturing
• Business level in English
• Japanese level from beginner to Fluent/Native.
