This Privacy Policy explains how Ahead Group handles personal information collected through aheadgroup.net. “Ahead Group”, “we” and “us” mean Ahead Consulting K.K., Ahead Systems K.K. and Ahead Staffing K.K. in Tokyo, Ahead Consulting HK Ltd. in Hong Kong, and Ahead Consulting Pte. What we collect
Information you send us. If you write to us through the contact form or by email, we receive the details you provide, such as your name, company, email address, phone number and message. If you apply for a role, your application is handled on the Ahead Systems K.K. job board linked from our Careers page, and the details you submit there are used to consider your application.
Information collected automatically. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used. It records pages viewed, approximate location (country and city), device and browser type, language, and how you arrived at the site. We do not use it to identify you personally.
How we use it
We use contact details to reply to your enquiry and to discuss services or roles with you. We use analytics data to improve the site and its content. We do not sell personal information.
Cookies
The site uses a small number of cookies. You can accept or decline analytics in the small notice shown at the bottom of the page, and you can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link here or in the footer of every page. If you decline, analytics is switched off: no analytics data is sent and any analytics cookies already set are removed. The site works the same either way.

Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run the site, such as Google (analytics) and our website hosting provider, and with other Ahead Group companies where needed to respond to you. These providers may process data in countries outside your own, including Japan, the United States, Hong Kong and Singapore. We disclose information to authorities where required by law.
How long we keep it
Google Analytics event data is kept for 14 months. Enquiries and applications are kept for as long as needed to deal with them and for any period required by law, then deleted.
Your rights
You may ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to stop using it, or to delete it, as allowed by applicable law, including Japan’s Act on the Protection of Personal Information and, where it applies, Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act and the GDPR. Write to contact@aheadgroup.net and we will respond promptly.
Security and children
We take reasonable steps to protect information we hold. The site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We may update this policy and will post the new version here with a new effective date.
