Ahead Group is hiring a Talent Acquisition professional to focus on infrastructure and network hiring across our managed services and enterprise IT business in Japan. This is a hands-on role. You will source, screen, assess, and progress candidates for live openings, working closely with the Talent Acquisition Lead and directly supporting hiring for priority roles.

What You Will Do

• Source and engage qualified candidates for infrastructure, network, and implementation roles
• Conduct screening conversations and assess candidate fit with credibility and care
• Build and manage candidate pipelines for active and upcoming openings
• Prepare clear, complete candidate submissions including fit, gaps, compensation, availability, and recommendation
• Maintain accurate candidate records, notes, and follow-up in the system of record
• Communicate with candidates consistently throughout the process
• Work with the Talent Acquisition Lead to improve sourcing approach and candidate quality over time

Hiring Focus

• Network engineering and infrastructure delivery
• Data center, implementation, and migration projects
• Managed services and long-term operational support roles

What We Are Looking For

• 1 to 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, ideally with some exposure to technical or IT hiring
• Ability to learn roles quickly and speak to candidates with credibility
• Strong follow-through and ownership of candidate communication
• Comfortable working in a small team where quality matters more than volume
• Interested in developing stronger judgment and deeper role understanding over time
