Summary

Ahead Group is looking for a Full Stack Engineer to join a client in the SaaS/AI solutions sector. The engineer will enhance a high-traffic enterprise SaaS platform, drive feature development, and improve system performance across both the frontend and backend.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend systems for a large-scale SaaS product using TypeScript (NestJS), Go, and Elixir

• Lead feature development aligned with the product roadmap

• Build reusable features based on customer feedback through Customer Success

• Improve stability, scalability, and performance of the delivery infrastructure

• Enhance UI/UX and Developer Experience (DX)

• Collaborate with multilingual teams and contribute to technical decision-making

• Participate in code reviews, testing, and release cycles

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software development experience

• Ability to manage full product cycles from specification to release

• Strong coding and testing standards

• Experience with TypeScript, NestJS, and at least one ORM

• SQL proficiency and database design capability

• Experience with TypeScript + React (Next.js) for frontend development

• REST API design

• Ability to design architectures considering performance, scalability, security, and operations

• Business-level English and Japanese - for e.g. participating and leading technical discussions in group settings.
