In November, Ahead Group used Amicus Docs for the first time to manage a live commercial engagement from agreement through completion.
Amicus Docs is a contract negotiation and management app. It provides a shared, structured space for parties to propose terms, agree on a clear scope of work, and track the state of their commitments as the work is performed. The aim is to replace scattered email threads and ad hoc document versions with a single, reliable source of truth for each agreement.
We entered into a technology services statement of work with Samuel Bourque, Founder of Amicus Docs, covering services for the month of November. The contract was created, negotiated, agreed, and tracked to completion entirely within the Amicus Docs platform.
This was not a pilot on dummy data. It was a real services contract with real delivery expectations and timelines. From our perspective as a client, Amicus Docs provided:
- a clear record of the agreed scope and terms,
- a single place to see where the work stood, and
- a straightforward path from proposal to a completed engagement.
For Ahead Group, this engagement confirmed that Amicus Docs can support a complete, real-world contract lifecycle in a simple and reliable way.
We appreciate the opportunity to collaborate with Samuel and to contribute to the early validation of Amicus Docs. If you are interested in how the platform approaches contract negotiation and management, you can learn more at Amicus Docs.
